SDT – Sitting On The Edge

Sai Dharam Tej has arrived on the movie scene not with a bang but with a high noise. Since then, he has seen rise and fall and right now he is in that downward trend which if not checked in time could be a great detriment.

The second league of stars where Sai Dharam Tej belongs is getting crowded, and it is going to be very difficult for someone like Sai Dharam Tej going forward. The problem is his reliance more on “Mega” family and fans rather than on story. There is a visible stark difference between his selection and others.

SDT currently is getting the benefit of working with proven directors. He has worked with Harish Shankar, Anil Ravipudi, Gopichand Malineni and will be working with the likes of VV Vinayak, A Karunakaran, and Gopichand Malineni again. The brand that some of these directors have created covers up for flaws in scripts few times but they get exposed immediately when the actor works with relatively unknown or unproven director. Sai Dharam Tej is sitting on the edge and unless the script selection is improved, no matter how big the combination, there will be a fall following it.

As Sai Dharam Tej celebrates his birthday today, we wish him a very Happy Birthday. We hope he takes stock of the situation and doesn’t merely set up combinations or look at them as a remedy for the problem.
