Not on Top, But Shruti Haasan Gets Prabhas

Now that Prabhas’ ‘Salaar‘ with director Prashanth Neel is all set for shooting the first schedule in Godavarikhani in a quarry of Singareni, more updates about the movie have been flowing in along with the heroine of the film.

Shruti Haasan is said to be the chosen one for Prabhas in ‘Salaar’. She is an actress who has been teamed up with pretty much all the star heroes in the film industry. However, she isn’t yet on the top of her game as we can clearly see that makers prefer her for mass entertainers.

These mass entertainers for which she was picked up had less importance for the heroine and the hero does all the talking, most of the time. It’s a big deal for Shruti Haasan to bag this movie with Prabhas when she was relegated to play the heroine, a mother of one or two kids even.

She was part of the latest Sankranthi blockbuster ‘Krack’ where she played Ravi Teja’s wife and mother of a five-year-old. So, ‘Salaar’ at this point might be a big thing for Shruti and let’s hope that she would have a sizeable role alongside Prabhas to be noticed.
