Star Hero to Gift Rs. 1,01,000 Cheque Each

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is living up to the honour bestowed upon him by the Government of India as the Goodwill ambassador of the ongoing Rio Olympics. In appreciation of the athletes who took part in this Olympics, Salman is going to gift them with cheques.

There are about 121 athletes who went to Olympics this year and all of them will get a cheque of Rs.1,01,000 each from the star hero. He feels that our heroes need appreciation and also encouragement not only from government but also from each one of us.

He believes that they are all tomorrow’s champions and lauded the work of Olympic Gold Quest in shaping them. Salman shared this on Twitter while the Nation is waiting to see if our sports persons will bring back at least one medal to India.
