Samantha Is Not the Main Highlight

Director Shiva Nirvana of ‘Majili’ must be speaking his heart when he said that he chose Chay and Samantha for essaying the lead roles not because their names are saleable but because he respects them as actors. That was a good thing to hear from him as the trailer already proved that Sam was chosen for her prowess as a performance to portray intense emotions.

While we are talking about Sam’s performance, a bit from Shiva Nirvana’s speech is likely to come to the forefront. He said that it’s not Sam’s performance but Naga Chaitanya’s performance that is going to be the highlight of the film. Sam has portrayed such intense emotions in several of her previous films and for Naga Chaitanya, this is a different one. With that promise from the director, we are really looking forward to catching him on the screen.

The director is confident that ‘Majili‘ will be affected by neither the ongoing heat of the elections scenario nor the IPL Cricket season. He was very confident and calm when he spoke at the pre-release event of the movie that is coming on 5th April. Hope, the team will celebrate the coming Telugu New Year, Ugadi with a successful word of mouth on their movie.
