She is the New Star Hero in Tollywood

Sharwanand and Samantha’s Jaanu is all set for a grand release on 7th February. The Promotions of the movie are going on at a brisk pace and the Pre-Release Event of the movie happened last night in Hyderabad. While Samantha was about to speak, the entire auditorium erupted for some time.

It was so huge that the actress had to stop for a minute or so. Interestingly, she has got more applause than anyone who attended the event which reveals the stardom she enjoys in Telugu today. The actress’s stardom is expected to get a huge opening for the film at the Box Office.

“I am nervous and afraid of every film I do. Only for this (huge applause). I do not want you guys to disappoint. So, I consider every film as my first film. So, I got to shoot every day as my first day,” Samantha said. Jaanu is the official remake of Tamil Superhit, 96 which starred Trisha and Vijay Sethupathi.

Director and Music Director of the Original, C Prem Kumar and Govind Vasantha were retained for the Remake as well.
