Samantha Rejected & Ran Away!

‘Jaanu‘ is expected to receive as much critical acclaim as the original and we wouldn’t expect Samantha could have missed the chance. When Dil Raju came to her for the remake, she literally rejected it and ran away from him. She thanked him for asking her again after the initial rejection.

When two actors like Samantha and Sharwanand are featuring in a film, the least we expect from them is terrific performances if given author-backed roles. Speaking at the pre-release event of ‘Jaanu’, Sharwa said, “Samantha is a dangerous candidate.”

He expanded, “While acting with terrific performers like Nitya Menen, Sai Pallavi and Samantha, we need to be careful and try to match to their level otherwise, they would tend to dominate.” Sharwa was modest enough to explain why Samantha is a superstar in the industry, today.

Whatever credit he gets from the film, that would go to Samantha. Sam also said that the credit for her performance would go to Sharwa because theirs was a strong team, and we too agree with her.

As movie lovers, we expect ‘Jaanu’ to be as beautiful as the original Tamil movie ’96’ so that Sam and Sharwa leave us with memories to take back home like Trisha and Vijay Sethupathy did.
