Samantha has scored a huge disaster with Shakuntalam which has failed to hit even Rs 10 crores gross at the box office in the opening weekend.

Now, Samantha has shared her first reaction on Shakuntalam disaster and here’s what she had to say about the same.

“Karmanye Vadhikaraste ma phaleshu kadhachana. That phrase derives from The Bhagavad Gita. The direct translation is – “Perform your duty but do not have any expectation of the fruits”. Samantha shared in the Instagram story.

“Samantha has done a Rs 80 crore film and it has ended as an epic disaster. Now she’s saying do the work and don’t expect the results. Her logic is beyond my understanding,” a netizen commented.
