Samantha’s Father Opens Up About Divorce

Naga Chaitanya and Samantha have announced their separation three days ago. In fact, the news about their divorce is in the media for around a month. But then, we still have the speculations and reactions coming in about what may have caused the separation.

Naga Chaitanya and Samantha have become silent after the statement. Nagarjuna also released an official statement regarding the same. Now, Samantha’s father, Joseph has also reacted to the divorce. Samantha’s parents always stayed away from the media glare.

“My mind has gone blank ever since I got to know about the separation. I thought these things happening and hoped that things would soon get better. The decision has shocked me but I am sure Samantha should have thought through her decision,” the actress’s father said.

Samantha currently only has Shakuntalam in her kitty. The movie shooting has been completed but it involves extensive post-production work due to the VFX part. Gunasekhar is yet to announce the release date. The actress did not sign any other film in Telugu apart from that project.
