Anand Sai’s son Sandeep arrested
Art director and TTD Board Member Anand Sai’s son Sandeep has been arrested by Cyberabad police in connection with a fatal hit-and-run case in Hyderabad. The accident reportedly killed one person and seriously injured another.
According to reports, the accident happened on the main road from the ORR rotary towards Khajaguda village. Sandeep was allegedly driving an Innova when the vehicle hit Nandulal, who was walking on the road. Nandulal reportedly died at the spot.
Student Zaid Shah Qadri was reportedly taking Nandulal to the hospital when he was also hit by the vehicle. He suffered serious injuries and was taken for treatment.
The case is being investigated as a hit-and-run. Reports claim that Sandeep allegedly left the spot after the accident instead of stopping. Raidurg police later registered a case and arrested him.
Police are now investigating exactly how the accident happened and what Sandeep did after the collision.
The case has also attracted attention in Telugu film circles because of Anand Sai’s background. He is a well-known art director and is also known to be a close associate of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan. Anand Sai is married to actress Vasuki.
