Sandeep Reddy Failed For 1st Time?

Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga had been tasting phenomenal success right from the early stages of his career. Be it Arjun Reddy, Kabir Singh or Animal, everything that Sandeep had been touching had been turning into Gold.

But for the first time, it appears that Sandeep is associating himself with a bad result, and that is in the form of his first production film Romanchakam.

This film was promoted as a youthful comedy entertainer, but it was not able to pull the audience to theatres in any volume from the opening day itself.

There were a few reviews that said that this film might connect with a small section of the youth with its comedy equivalent, but the reviews in general were not very promising.

The word of mouth was also very ordinary, which resulted in very poor theatrical prospect for this film. This has resulted in a very stagnated performance at the ticket counters as the film could not bring any significant volume of audience.

This happens to be the first real failure of Sandeep Reddy, not as a director, but as a producer for his maiden film. He trusted in this film and repeatedly publicised it as a proper comedy film, which kept him fully entertained.

This can perhaps be rewarded as a very small warning bill for Sandeep, as people are already commenting that he must stick to his strength in cinema direction. These production activities require a lot more Nova and he cannot be off focused with films like these.
