Kasturi was originally from North Arcot near Vellore, Tamil Nadu and had recently shifted to Saudi about two months ago. The woman was first taken to Damam and then relocated to Riyadh to an all-women house. Working in that Saudi Arabian household, she was being tortured and was burdened with a lot of workload. On top of that, she didn’t even get enough time to have proper conversations with her relatives in India over the phone.

Kasturi sought out help from a Tamil Nadu resident and was punished for that by locking her up and then torturing her mentally and physically ever since. The investigation has been given away to the Saudi Investigation Bureau now.
