When the whole Nation is fighting against the brutal gang rape of Nirbhaya, Ace filmmaker Sekhar Kammula had decided to take a step forward and contribute his part towards this. He started “The campaign — ‘I React’ to fight the heinous crimes committed against women. He called for people to react and asked them not to even a single atrocity against a woman.
The idea is simple — volunteers register for the protest by wearing an ‘I Care I React’ badge on every such day when somebody witnesses an act of aggression against a woman. Initially, the plan is to rope in professionals from all walks of life using the web as a medium. Lets wish this campaign becomes success and bring a new ray of hope in the society!
