Shakeela’s re-entry as Director

Actress Shakeela has a history of attracting men with her pleasant figure but caught up in several court cases, she had to take a long gap from the industry. According to sources, though, Shakeela has now returned to once again rule the screens with a new Tamil movie  called Neelakurinjikal Poothappol which sees Shakeela donning role of director for the first time even as she plays the role of a mother and fish seller.

Jaffar Kanjirappally, co-director, script writer and producer of the movie says that, “It’s a sentimental movie co-directed by Shakeela on a woman who raised a daughter all alone fighting the odds. The movie will be a complete entertainer with spicy scenes of Shakeela underwater and in the attire of a fish seller. The shots will be taken in such a way that the censor board can never deny us certificate.”
