Shame on You for Not Checking Facts – Rana Daggubati

There appeared an article in a tabloid, Mumbai Mirror that Rana Daggubati was one of the guests to a party hosted by sex offender Anirban Blah. To the piece of news, one Twitterati responded saying that he would be boycotting Rana’s films for attending the party hosted by Anirban.

Rana immediately responded to the tweet saying, “Shame on you sir for not checking the facts before tweeting.” Rana also gave clarity that he was shooting in Hyderabad and wasn’t there at the above-said party at all.

The Daggubati hero also asked Mumbai Mirror people to call him or his PR team to check the facts as they already have his phone number. There are two questions regarding this. The first one, of course, is about why the tabloid didn’t check the facts before publishing.

The second question is why only Rana has been targeted while there were other known names who allegedly attended the party and even certified that the best Chinese food was served at the party.

For the uninitiated, Anirban Blah was a talent manager in Bollywood who was accused of sexually harassing several women and later, after the accusations, he even tried to commit suicide.
