Shankar Going Overboard For Look Launch!

Can you even guess that Lyca Productions is going to spend a whopping Rs. 6 crores for the first look launch of Shankar and Rajinikanth’s upcoming scientific thriller ‘2.0‘? It is reported in an English daily that the production house is going to spend Rs. 40 crores for publicity alone.

They are going to make it the biggest event of Bollywood in 2016. This looks a bit overboard and this expensive step looks like a lavish affair that can be toned down. Bigwigs of Bollywood aka filmmaker Karan Johar and all the cast and crew of ‘2.0’ will be present at the event that is going to take place on 20th November.

If you are still thinking about the whopping figure, the production house is going to make the coming events bigger and more expensive. They say this is a marketing strategy and hence the grand scale events planned for various promotional events.
