Sankranthi Film to Have Early Release in US?

Are the makers of Shatamanam Bhavati following the strategy adopted by recent Bollywood blockbuster Dangal? It seems so going by the recent updates on the film.

Dil Raju and his team are apparently planning to bring Shatamanam Bhavati early to the US by having a release on Thursday evening. The actual release of the film is on Saturday, January 14. Recently Dangal released this way showing confidence of the makers and it now earning huge in overseas.

Of course, this isn’t an original strategy created by Dangal. There was Dear Zindagi following same method only a month. In Telugu we had a Happy Days releasing a week before local release. This release always shows confidence in product. Can Shatamanam Bhavati be an assured success then?
