Small Film Takes It From Biggies

Mahanubhavudu which arrived in competition as a small film with limited screens is taking things into hands from the biggies. The Sharwanand starrer is getting a bump from the second week.

In notable territories, Mahanubhavudu is going to take away the screens previously allocated for the big movies Spyder and Jai Lava Kusa. As the occupancy is still superb, the trade is expecting the revenues in the second week to be good as well.

So far, Maruthi directorial Mahanubhavudu has done well in the Telugu states. It still needs to do well in the US in the second weekend to breakeven for distributors. So far it has collected $610 K, still far away from break-even mark of $1 Million. It will be a crucial week overall to see where Mahanubhavudu ends as it is practically an open week.
