Average Telugu Film Beat Baahubali Here

Big films were telecast on National television last week and surprisingly, Allu Arjun‘s average hit ‘S/o Satyamurthy’ topped the list of movies in terms of viewership. Bunny’s movie was on top leaving Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Dilwale’ and Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali’ in 5th and 2nd position respectively.

The reason for this could be because Baahubali must have been widely watched on television in different languages including the Hindi version. In fact, the Hindi version was telecast many times on television and audiences went gaga over during the initial telecasts.

Though ‘Baahubali’ is a regional film, Hindi audiences embraced it like a straight movie and many audiences watched it in theatres too. However, ‘S/o Satyamurthy’ didn’t have wide approach during the release and hence the dubbing version is a fresh one for North audiences.
