The newest buzz in the industry right now is about the upcoming film of debutante director Resul Pookutty who has reportedly approached Superstar Rajinikanth for a role in the film. As it turns out, his manager confirmed the news and also informed media that Resul was coming to Chennai to discuss his directorial undertaking with Rajini.
However, Soundarya Rajinikanth daughter of the Superstar Rajinikanth, has denied these rumours and said that Resul’s visit to Chennai was in fact due to his work related to the Rajini’s current project. According to her, Resul Pookutty was at her office during the week past to work on the sound design of Kochadaiyaan where he watched the film and seemed to love it. But, there has been no talk of him planning to work on a film with Rajini.
