SPB Ends Controversy on Stars & Phones

Renowned singer SP Bala Subramanyam’s latest Facebook post has created a mini-controversy for the kind of treatment meted to our celebs from South contrary to the celebs from Bollywood.

However, the singer seems in no mood to blow up the controversy further and clarified with his latest response. SPB wanted only to tell how things happened when his phone was taken away for security reasons but Bollywood stars were allowed to take selfies with PM Modi.

For the uninitiated, SPB got the rare honour to represent South at PM Modi’s ‘Change Within’ program. He shared through his Facebook post how the security tool away the phones of the people who were invited and but some stars were allowed to take selfies with the PM.

This created a controversy and therefore, the popular singer tried to end the controversy saying that he didn’t mean to complain as he got the same respect as the other invitees. Only that, a few stars were allowed their phones.
