Kamal Haasan’s daughter Shruti is slowly but surely establishing herself in the Hindi film industry with films like Prabhu Dheva’s directorial, Ramaiya Vastavaiya, and Nikhil Advani’s D-Day. Haasan is no doubt happy about the success of his daughter but when he was asked about the possibility of the two of them working together, Kamal said that he wants to give it some time.
According to him, Shruti first wants to prove herself by establishing herself as a successful actress. Haasan agrees and wants Shruti to prove her mettle first since he feels that it is a lot better than being called someone else’s daughter, sister, wife or mother. It is Kamal’s hope that after Shruti has proved herself, she will come to him with her own business card and then they will jointly decide about any prospects of working together.
