“Rajamouli Perfect For DC & Marvel Movies”

Anurag Kashyap is a genius director, no doubt about it. He brought a revolution in Hindi cinema with films like Black Friday and Gangs of Wasseypur.

Irrespective of the box office performance of his last few films, he is a director who is an intellectual and understands the medium of filmmaking like very few others can.

Recently he gave an interview where he talked about why SS Rajamouli‘s RRR impressed western filmmakers so much. He said, “RRR took the west by surprise because they could see a filmmaker making an Indian film which does so very things that they do but at much lower costs. If the west had seen Eega before, Rajamouli would have been celebrated much before RRR.”

Anurag Kashyap added that every Hollywood maker would now like to reach out to Rajamouli because he is the perfect director to make a Marvel or a DC film.
