Rajamouli Skipped NTR Solo Film For RRR?

RRR marked Rajamouli and Jr NTR’s fourth collaboration after Student No. 1, Simhadri, and Yamadonga. The Jr NTR and Ram Charan starrer turned out to be a box office monster, but a section of NTR’s fans on Twitter was not pleased with the way their hero was presented in RRR. They are firing on Rajamouli, saying NTR’s character was underplayed.

Now, a video shared by an NTR fan on Twitter is going viral. In the said video, Rajamouli mentions ‘Garuda”, a project that was originally planned as a solo film with Jr NTR.

In the video, Rajamouli is asked about his immediate next project after Baahubali 2. He replies “There is an idea of materializing ‘Garuda’ in my mind, but I can’t reveal much now.”

NTR’s fans are now saying that Rajamouli skipped a solo film with NTR and conceptualized RRR which has Tarak and Ram Charan in the lead roles. They are now hoping that Rajamouli takes up ‘Garuda’ as one of his forthcoming projects.
