Assured Blockbuster Recipe For The Biggie Worrying Fans

SSMB28 is back in the news, and it is for something that has previously worried the fans. It now looks confirmed that a large portion of the movie will be a family drama. A house set is constructed for the same in Hyderabad. It is a blockbuster recipe from the director, but it is not what the fans want, hence the worry.

Not only the information about the set, but there will be two heroines in the yet-untitled movie. The names are not yet locked, but the presence of two heroines is also confirmed.

Everything points towards a family drama from Trivikram Srinivas, again. The star director has been making movies back to back with the same formula. The only film where he changed the track a little didn’t work out that well.

Does that mean, Trivikram doesn’t want to risk on his third collaboration with Superstar Mahesh Babu? Or is there a twist in the tale ala Athadu? Remember, the latter too mostly took place in a house set, but it also had a brilliant thriller angle with a political twist.

In either case, SSMB28 could be either an Athadu rehash or a continuation of the recent blockbuster formula from Trivikram Srinivas. Both the options are not what fans expect from the combo, which has delivered two memorable movies previously. Having said that, one can only speculate at this moment. To know the truth, we have to wait until the summer of 2022.
