Strange, Telugu Original Coming as Dubbed

The first look poster of ‘Varma’, the Tamil remake of Telugu blockbuster ‘Arjun Reddy’ was received with mixed reactions. When the comparisons with the original can’t be avoided even for the Tamil remake, the makers of the remake decided to release the Telugu dubbed version of the Tamil remake. It doesn’t make sense for the Telugu audiences who are already trolling the first look poster of ‘Varma’ heavily.

Maybe, the intention of ‘Varma‘ makers might be to introduce Vikram’s son Dhruv to the Telugu audiences as he is getting launched in Tamil same time. But, it doesn’t look like a good idea as it’s a heavy role for a newcomer getting into the shoes of Vijay Deverakonda who actually behaved the character, in and out. He even received Filmfare Best Actor award for his stellar performance.

Comparisons with Vijay Deverakonda will itself act as a big killer for the Tamil version, even. In this scenario, deciding to release the Telugu dub of ‘Varma’ looks like a stupid idea. One can’t get the idea behind the intelligence of the makers. The first look poster was also released for the Telugu dub version and so, it’s going to come. The first look poster is being trolled heavily for it’s non-impressive.
