Aspiring actor Sumanth Ashwin may not have had a successful debut with Tuneega Tuneega, but the actor found his position in the industry with Mohan Krishna Indraganti’s Anthaku Mundhu Aa Tarvatha. His role in the film not just earned good response from audiences, but impressed other filmmakers.
Following his performance in AMAT, Madhura Sreedhar is keen to cast him for the Telugu remake of Vicky Donor. He said he hasn’t spoken him to the idea yet as he feels the actor might not be comfortable with the idea of doing a film about sperm donation.
The director said if Sumanth doesn’t accept the film, then he is likely to rope in Harshavardhan Rane for the role. Both actors would be a good choice for the role, but i still feel some strong screen presence would help the film draw audiences.
