Sunil: Yes To Films, No To Promotions

Star comedian Sunil tried his luck as a hero in Tollywood. After a few initial successes, he faced continuous failure as a hero. He lost his ground as a comedian as well. For the past many years, he is struggling to make a solid comeback as a comedian but not getting the proper break.

On the other hand, Sunil is silently doing roles in some very small-budget movies like Kanabadutaledhu, Wanted PanduGod, Mukhachitram, and Darja. But he never appears in the promotions of these films.

The industry talk is that Sunil is ready to do roles in small-budget films, but he has made it clear to the makers that he won’t participate in the promotions of those films. However, the makers can use his face and name in the promotional materials of the films.

So Sunil’s face is visible on the posters of these films, but he is nowhere to be seen in the promotional events.

Another such small-budget movie titled, Valentine’s Night, is going to release on the 26th of this month.
