Superstar faces heavy blow at SC hands

The 1998 black buck (krishna deer) hunting case is still haunting superstar Salman Khan. It had been 16 years and the court case had taken many turns. Initially Jodhpur Court convicted Salman for hunting black buck in 2007 and ordered five years jail and Rs.25,000 fine. But later he got stay on the court’s verdict. This stay was challenged by Rajasthan government in the Supreme Court.

Presently, Supreme Court once again intervened in the matter and set aside the stay order and passed verdict that the case to be reopened if the actor feels so. This comes as a huge respite for the actor who had been convicted already. A fresh trail means, he will be under trail and all the witnesses will be investigated again.
