Superstar Lost himself in Political Incorrectness?

Here in Tollywood, makers of Mahesh Babu’s ‘Srimanthudu’ are thinking of inviting both the Chief Ministers of the Telugu States to watch their movie. Besides the CMs, they also want to invite Prime Minister Modi to invite to watch the film. Like Mahesh Babu, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan also wants PM Modi to watch his film ‘Bhajrangi Bhaijaan’ because he thinks his film would help the PMs of India and Pakisthan to develop a new perspective in our relationships.

Naturally one would expect another Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan also to do the same… invite PM Narendra Modi to watch his 2016 Eid release ‘Raees’. Why? Because Shahrukh Khan is playing a 1980’s character who hails from Gujarat. But Shahrukh Khan can’t do that? He is playing a Muslim bootlegger in the film who turns a don… a don with menacing eyes and lots of style.

This character of Shahrukh is politically incorrect simply because Gujarat is the birth place of Mahatma Gandhiji and hence a dry State permanently. Here Shahrukh Khan is playing a Muslim bootlegger flaunting his religion in the State… the State which is also the birth place of our hard core Hindu PM (!) according to religious fundamentalists.

While Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu and Bollywood superstar Salman Khan have something politically correct for PM, Bollywood Badshah is back to his olden days banking on negative image!
