Superstar Joins the List of Rejections for Baahubali 2

Officially, it was the name of Sridevi which made headlines for rejecting a path-breaking film like ‘Baahubali’ and essaying the powerful role like Shivagami. Unofficially, there are many names that are making rounds.

The latest name to join the list is Malayalam superstar Mohanlal. He was approached for the role of Kattappa. citing date problems, the superstar rejected the film say some reports. However, we don’t have regrets as Sathyaraj did 100% justice to the role and became one of the favorite character artists from Baahubali.

Of course, Mohanlal’s presence would have been great for the role. Other names like Sonam Kapoor for Avantika, Nayantara for Devasena and Sushmita Sen for Shivagami were the several names that made rounds.
