Superstar Gets ED Notice In Betting Scam

Recently, the Enforcement Directorate unearthed a big money scam with regard to a betting company and the names of several Bollywood stars came up in the same.

Now, in a new development, mainstream Bollywood superstar Ranbir Kapoor’s name has come up in the course of the investigation on the betting scam case that is being pursued by the ED.

The ED has now served notices to Ranbir with regard to his alleged involvement in the online gaming and betting app – Mahadev Betting. He has been asked to appear for ED investigation on the 10th of this month.

The primary understanding is that several of these Bollywood actors are involved with financial transactions through this betting app. They could be investigated in connection with money laundering.

Reportedly, there are 17 other Bollywood A-lister names that are on the radar and they too could be investigation by the ED in the next few weeks.
