Superstar revisits his Gangster roots

It is now officially confirmed that Superstar Rajinikanth will do his next with direct Ranjith. The film will be shot simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu from July according to the makers.

The interesting aspect that many say about this film is that Superstar would be returning to his gangster roots after two decades. The last time he played such a role was in the iconic film Basha. Do we need to remind how sensational it was in the career of Rajini?
