The fabricated interview of the star has been widely published on several Pak websites (see the screen grab of the fake interview below this article), and the actor seems to have taken this on a serious note since the fake interview has several religious references.
Anand Desai, managing partner of DSK Legal sent legal notices on behalf of Aamir said in a press statement “Mr Aamir Khan was shocked to find an interview attributed to him on several Pakistani websites in relation to his latest film PK. He has never given such an interview. It is clearly a fabrication by someone trying to impersonate him, done with the intent of drawing visitors to their website, and is defamatory to our client,”
Aamir is in US currently, however his staff said he will be filing a criminal complaint with the Cybercrime Cell, Mumbai Police after he returns from US.
