Trailer talk: Visual grandeur with confusion galore

Theatrical trailer of eagerly awaited Suriya movie 24 is out. The initial reaction is the same we had after watching the teaser.

To be more critical it’s almost same as the teaser released earlier with an extended bit involving the romantic track of Suriya and Samantha. If not for those clips it would be impossible to differentiate between the two. The character of Athreya looks interesting but everything else gives a muddled vibe. Even the background score doesn’t give the necessary elevation.

The film directed by Vikram Kumar of Manam fame is expected to released worldwide in May.
