Suriya Ended the Differences, Finally?

Is Suriya going to team up with Gautham Vasudeva Menon for his next to come up after the two films he has in hands, as of now? A video byte of Gautham Menon clarifies the same and he confirmed that he will be teaming up with Suriya, very soon, most probably in the next year.

The creative differences between Suriya and director Gautham Menon over ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’ were a known thing in Kollywood and there had been a gap between them when Suriya chose to walk out of the film, write an open letter giving the reasons for dumping the project and thereupon, Gautham Menon went ahead to make the movie with Vikram.

Since then, the fall out between the star and the director wasn’t resolved and they didn’t team up again though Gautham Menon gave two blockbusters to Suriya aka ‘Kaakha Kaakha’ (remade in Telugu as ‘Gharshana’ with Venkatesh) and ‘Vaaranam Aayiram’ dubbed into Telugu as ‘Surya s/o Krishnan’. In one of the previous interviews, Suriya regretted writing an open letter and hoped to team up with the director, again.
