This comes as a sweet and timely gesture from Suriya who chanced upon meeting mass star Vijay Thalapathy’s parents namely SA Chandrasekhar and Shoba. Suriya was quick to click a selfie at the marriage event of Vijay personal assistant, Rajendran’s daughter. This selfie was going viral on the internet.

This gesture has a lot of importance in Kollywood for obvious reasons. When we bounce upon the social media space, we will be left bewildered when we come across the fan fights between the die-hard fans of star heroes. Though fan-wars are everywhere, they go to a notch higher in the Tamil Film Industry when fan-wars turn murkier beyond redemption. The abuse level is something indescribable in case of Tamil movies and fan-wars in Kollywood.

There has always been a cordial relationship between Vijay and Suriya as they were college buddies, even. However, fan-wars don’t take this into consideration though the stars have nothing against each other. Hopefully, Vijay’s fans will notice this gesture and embrace Suriya’s welcoming and sweet nature.
