Suriya to team up with ‘Manam’ director?

The industry is abuzz with news that ‘Manam’ director Vikram Kumar is all set to direct Suriya in a Tamil film soon.Apparently, Vikram, who maintained a low profile after the release of Manam, recently met Suriya and narrated a story and the latter immediately okayed the project.

Suriya is busy finishing Anjaan and will soon team with Venkat Prabhu for a horror-comedy, and as soon as he completes it, he’s expected start working on Vikram’s project in Tamil. Vikram made his directorial debut with unsuccessful Tamil film “Alai” many years ago with Simbu and Trisha. He worked and revived his career later on films such as 13 B and Ishq. With Manam, he has scaled new heights and has suddenly become one of the sought after actors in the industry.
