Surprising Album For Kalyan Ram’s 118

Irrespective of the box office fate of the movies, Kalyan Ram, is seen as a commercial actor, and they adhere to specific formats and formulas. With his new film 118, Kalyan Ram is definitely breaking new ground, and it comes as a pleasant surprise.

The surprising thing here is the presence of only two songs in the album of 118. There is one more musical piece, but that is just a theme song. Sekhar Chandra has provided the music, and the two numbers bear a strong trademark of the musician. The first single ‘Chandamame’ is better among the two, although that itself lacks any freshness. The theme is alright.
