Surreal Hype For Shankar’s RC15

Yuganiki Okkadu fame Karthi will be seen next in Viruman, which is going to release during the independence day weekend. The film marks the debut of Shankar Shanmugam’s daughter Aditi Shankar as the heroine and is written and directed by Muthaiah.

National award-winning actor Suriya and director Shankar were present at the film’s audio launch event.

During his speech, Suriya said there are huge expectations for Shankar’s upcoming film RC15 starring Ram Charan and added that the whole country is waiting for the film. He also mentioned that Indian 2 is also a much-awaited film.

Suriya mentioning RC15 during the speech speaks volumes about the film’s hype. Not just in Tollywood but also in the Tamil film industry, the result of the movie is keenly awaited.

After churning out the mediocre 2.0, Shankar is also under a lot of pressure to deliver a film of his caliber. The worldwide success of Rajamouli’s RRR is also pushing him to deliver something that is at least on par with RRR, if not better.
