Taapsee Continues to Blame Telugu Media

Taapsee Pannu is seen giving interviews down South whenever there is one of her South films ready for release. Now, she has been promoting her upcoming trilingual ‘Game Over’ and by default her earlier controversial comments on veteran director Raghavendra Rao surfaced.

This time, she took defensive mode saying the she has been in good books of Raghavendra Rao, till date and also, they talk regularly. He was the one who suggested her not to take the negativity on her statement seriously and give any clarification.

Taapsee says people who made her statement controversial had free time to create a controversy. According to her, they interpretated her words wrongly when she never said anything in a disrespectful manner.

Back then, she referred to Raghavendra Rao as a guy who they say, ‘the man with the Midas touch’, who used to throw flowers and fruits on the midrif of the heroines in the name romantic interpretation. “When my turn came, he chose to throw a coconut.”

Do you really think someone who had free time misinterpretated her words? Didn’t she actually make fun of the director’s way of romanticizing things?
