Taapsee’s Epic Reply to Hindi Arrogance

Taapsee is the most successful heroine in the heroines who migrated from South to North. She has several critically acclaimed films, unlike the other heroines who tried their luck with commercial subjects.
The actress attended the 50th Indian Film Festival in Goa and interacted with the media there.

A man, probably, a journalist who is present there wanted the actress to speak in English. Pat came the reply, “Does everybody here understand Hindi?” A large number of people answered in negative. Even then, the man insisted on Hindi because she is a Bollywood actress.

Taapsee came up with an epic response, the actress said, “I am also an actress in the Tamil and Telugu industries. Shall I speak in Tamil to you?”. Her spontaneous response drew massive applause from the audience and the man sat down.

Taapsee has two projects in hand in Bollywood – Tadka which is in the post-production phase and Thappad which is being shot.
