Taapsee Prepping for International Flight

Taapsee Pannu is going to tell the story of one of the prominent figures and path-breaker of Indian Women Cricket Mithali Raj essaying the role. According to the producers, they want to take her to the UK to prep for the role.

However, lockdown didn’t make that happen and meanwhile, the director and the producer are trying to finalising the cast of the movie. Fine-tuning the script and also work regarding music is in the process.

So, the groundwork is going on before the preparation for the actual work, i.e., training of the actress for her role as a skipper. Once, the international flights’ restrictions are taken down, Taapsee would be the one going there.

This would be the first-ever sports drama based on a female cricketer and hence, the makers are confident that the entire nation is going to appreciate the effort to tell the story of a female cricketer.
