Tamil star to take Pawan’s title?

Is Tamil star Vijay going to take Pawan Kalyan’s film title for his upcoming project? Reports emerging from Kollywood circles suggest that there is a strong possibility for that to happen.

Vijay is currently acting in a big budget fantasy epic directed by Chimbu Devan. The film marks the return of heroine Sridevi to Southern cinema after a very long gap. Besides her and Tamil star Sudeep, Hansika and Shruti Haasan are acting as main heroines. It is the title of this epic Tamil film that has become a hot topic and the latest name one hears is Puli, which brings the Powerstar connection. Officially the title would be announced on Pongal, according to the unit.

Incidentally years ago before Puli actually went to sets in Telugu, the film was to be made with Vijay in Tamil with the same SJ Surya as director. Unfortunately it never took off in Tamil but after few years it resurfaced in Telugu with Pawan Kalyan as hero.
