In a shocking incident, a 15-year old boy in Telangana commits suicide for not being able to pay the school fees due to lack of funds. Earlier the same day, he allegedly being punished in way of standing outside classroom by the school management for fee without understanding his hardships.

However, he managed to pay Rs.5,000 but could not afford to pay rest of fee amount. By asserting family position, the deceased boy borrowed a mobile phone and canned his self suicide video message. He then jumped in front of a train in Peddapalli area in Telangana.
