Telugu OTT: 2 Disasters, 1 Potential Film

The Telugu OTT space saw three new entrants this week and they are Thank You, Gargi, and The Warriorr. But sadly, none of these films have the must-watch appeal.

The Warriorr and Thank You are mega disasters at the box office. The Warrior is a routine mass film that doesn’t have much appeal to the OTT audience. Thank You is of the love drama genre that has decent patronage in the OTT space.

However, Thank You has garnered utterly poor reviews and it isn’t showing too much of a promise either.

Then there is Sai Pallavi’s Gargi. The film didn’t do too well at the box office but it is tipped to be the kind of film that can cater to a section of the OTT audience. The social drama theme and earnest narrative can help the cause.

All in all, the Telugu OTT space has seen two disasters and 1 potentially good film.
