Poor Beginning For ‘Adirindi’

The first single from Mersal is out, and it hasn’t started with a bang that fans were hoping. The song Aalaporan Thamizhan has been released today. The reactions have been tepid so far.

Mersal is a big film in Tamil cinema which stars Vijay in the lead. It will be the big Diwali release, and there are huge expectations from the movie. It is also the second time combination of director Atlee with Vijay after Theri. AR Rahman has given the music. The initial reactions from the single aren’t that positive though as it isn’t a blockbuster song even though parts of it are good.

Mersal is releasing as Adirindi in Telugu. Sharath Marar presents the movie in Telugu on Northstar Entertainment banner. Samantha, Kajal, Nithya Menen are heroines in the big budget commercial entertainer which has the story by Vijayendra Prasad.
