TFI Steers Clear From Drug Scandal

Since the Nigerian Drug Peddlers were arrested in Hyderabad on Saturday night, rumours spread on the involvement of some Tollywood celebs like actor Nandu (singer Geetha Madhuri’s husband). A Telugu cinema Producer by name Shushanth Reddy also being caught alongwith a businessman and two others is the reason behind these rumours.

Today West Zone DCP Venkateshwar Rao steered cleared on the involvement of Tollywood celebs in the drug scandal. After investigation on the drug scandal using the call data of the Nigerian drug peddlers, police have come to the conclusion that no other Tollywood personality is involved in the case except for Shushanth Reddy.

Police made it very clear that as they have no evidences against any of the Tollywood celebs they can’t say Tollywood is involved. Besides this producer from Nalgonda district, the other one is Panaasa Ravi who is an event manager. The Nigerians’ mobiles were seized and used for investigation in this case.
