Small Film Causing Unease, Stealing Spotlight From Biggie

Two Tamil films are going to release in the upcoming weekend. One of them is a small spoof movie sequel, and the other is featuring a well-known hero Karthi. Ideally, there should be no competition at all, but that is not the case here.

Tamizh Padam 2, the spoof sequel of Tamizh Padam is carrying a huge buzz and overshadowing the Karthi starrer Kadai Kutty Singham (Chinna Babu in Telugu). Would you believe it, the smaller film is having early morning shows at 4 AM and 5 AM that are usually reserved for a big hero.

Chinna Babu team on its part is doing all they can to increase the buzz, and avoid any embarrassment. A special show is going to be organised, a day before release on July 12th, to start the positivity leading to the release. We have to see how well the plan works out.
