Thammareddy fires on ‘Wrong Picture’ in TFI

How can we measure any artist’s worth? By the virtue of the services rendered by the artist in his own forte. As a producer, Ramanaidu deserves all the praise and honour as his services to the Indian Film Industry are memorable and his entire journey in the film traces to 40 long years of Telugu Film Industry. He was rightly honoured by the Producer’s Council when they held a condolences meet for the departed soul.

But when Movie Arts Association was approached to conduct a condolences meet for ace comedian MS Narayana, they didn’t come forward saying that they stopped the practice. Now Thammreddy Bharadwaj fires on the bizarre rules of different associations in the film industry. While audiences see TFI as a unit, they fail to understand that it is the groups which are holding such traditional condolences meets and get a wrong notion on TFI for following a different rule for different people in the industry.

Thammareddy suggests that industry should work as a unit and while honouring a departed soul, all the groups should stand united and act as a single group and follow the traditional meeting rules applicable to one and all equally. Showing differences in regard to respects to be paid to departed souls is going to spread wrong message on TFI says Thammareddy. True indeed!
