That’s Why I Couldn’t Sign Sukumar – Mahesh

At the pre-release event of ‘Maharshi’, an innocent statement from Mahesh Babu lauding Vamshi Paidipally for waiting two years was said to be a satirical quote targeted towards Sukumar who couldn’t wait for two months and chose to work with Allu Arjun.

At the pre-release media interaction, Mahesh Babu revealed the reason for not signing Sukumar. While Mahesh was waiting for a proper entertainer, Sukumar came up with an intense story. So, he has picked up Anil Ravipudi’s script and Sukumar was happy with that. But, Mahesh assured that they both will collaborate in the future.

While speaking at the pre-release event held recently, Mahesh forgot to mention Sukumar and Puri Jagannadh’s names because a few fans rushed on to the stage. So, he was confused. The superstar says that ‘1 Nenokkadine’ was a cult classic and will remain his best. “So, I haven’t targeted Sukumar,” said Mahesh Babu.

The Ghattamaneni hero is not one of those kinds to target a director like Sukumar on a public platform. So, there is no benefit doubt as it is now clear as the real words came from the horse’s mouth directly. What do you think?
